Shipping Information

Standard orders are typically processed and shipped between 1-3 business days.  In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.

Please note that for international orders Real Good Goods Co. is not responsible for any international customs or duties that may be imposed. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

Sales Tax

No tax is applied to shipping fees.

Returns & Exchanges

All sold goods have been checked for quality prior to pick up, shipping by courier, or hand delivery. Due to the nature of the merchandise we are unable to accept returns on vintage and antique merchandise.

That said, we do want you to be happy with your purchase and if any questions or concerns arise, please contact us immediately. Clearly state the issue you are finding and if you are requesting a refund or exchange. We can then reply to you with answers or other arrangements.

Sending Returns

If a refund, exchange or replacement is agreed, you must return your order to us in its original condition and original wrapping. This must be received by us within 10 days of any agreement to a refund, exchange or replacement.

Please use a secure method of shipping when returning any goods, and provide us a tracking number. The item and cost of return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer. Once received in good condition, we will process your refund, or arrange an exchange or replacement, as appropriate.

Returns from outside the US:

If you live outside the United States, then we must ask you to clearly state on the return customs from that the item is "returned goods." This will prevent customs charges being applied when the goods are returned to us. If you do not do this, any customs charges will be deducted from the amount due back to you.

Once we receive the merchandise back in good condition, we can begin the refund process.
